For 10 years, a group of doctors, nurses and other volunteers have been spending time in Guatemala helping kids and adults with cleft lips and palates. Iowa MOST, or Miles of Smiles Team, is a partnership with Rotary District 6000 in Iowa, as well as the local Rotary Clubs. The trip wouldn’t be possible without the support of many generous people in the United States and Guatemala.
